Seniors are active in all Grandview ministries.  The RAP Group--Retired Active Persons, that is--meets monthly, generally at noon on the first Thursday.

Dr. Stephen Seamands, professor of Christian Doctrine at Asbury Theological Seminary, will speak on the topic of “Trinity and Ministry,” based on his book, “Ministry in the Image of God: The Trinitarian Shape of Christian Service.” Monday, April 12, 7 p.m., at historic Boehms Chapel.  The program is free and open to the public. The Susannah Wesley Circle will meet Monday, March 8, at 10:30 a.m. in the Parlor. The Dorcas/Lydia Circle will meet Wednesday, March 17 at 7:30 p.m. at the home of Monna Hastings. The Ruth Circle will meet Tuesday, March 23 at 9:30 a.m. at the home of Margaret Lafferty.

UMW Southwest District will hold it’s annual Ingathering Saturday, April 10. Donations are needed by Monday, April 5.
The special request is socks in all sizes for children, women, and men. Also, there is demand for new underwear in all sizes. Due to limited storage space in the local clothing banks, this is a different need from previous years. A basket in the Gathering Room closet will accept your contributions. Helen Strathmeyer, needlework chairperson, can answer any questions.

The Searchers Class is studying detective stories from the Bible. The 12 week series begins at 9:15 a.m. in the Parlor. The first story in the series is titled “Biography of Satan.” All are welcome to attend.
