Youth Fellowship

High school students meet on the 1st and 3rd Sundays from 9:30 to 2 p.m. for an extended session that includes worship, discussion, lunch and games. They also have mentors who help guide them through the process of understanding and embracing their own faith and beliefs.

Middle school students have a similar extended session on the 2nd and 4th Sundays. Current events and topics of interest to students often are a spark to their discussion.

On off weeks, youth are encouraged to worship with their families and/or to assist in children's education.

Service Dog Project

Heather Newkirk will be collecting supplies for a project to help service dogs. The main supplies that she is looking for are old towels, old fleece blankets, and old jeans. She is going to be making door pulls that allow the dogs to open doors for their owners. There will be a box in Zerr Hall to place your donations. Any of these items would be greatly appreciated.

Youth ASP Trip

This year's Appalachian Service Project trip is July 7 – 14. If you would like to go, whether as a student or as an adult leader, please let George know by Monday, February 27. The cost for students is $175 and is due by the same date. If this cost is a barrier for you, please talk to George.
