Thanks to everyone who through prayer and discernment was able to make a pledge or contribution to the Capital Campaign. We are still waiting to hear the final total pledged, though at last count it was upwards of $966,531. God is good. With this overwhelmingly positive response to what God is calling us to do at Grandview, we have moved forward with the next step and put together a Building Team to guide us through the next phase of this project. The team consists of Pastor Michael Alleman, Pastor Andrea Brown, Ken Miller, Cheryl Dennis, Bob Desmarais, and John Edwards. The team is currently working on determining project scope, calendar, contract language, and identifying strategic partnerships to make this project a success all around. Look for information each month in The Messenger and on this website page on the progress of the team and any important updates and milestones. |
