Monday evening, June 6, Grandview was granted all the variances, special exceptions, and waivers we requested for the building project at a hearing with the Manheim Township Zoning Board.  We need to thank Todd Vaughn of David Miller Associates and Aaron Marines of Blakinger Byler Thomas for a very thorough effort.  Their timely and successful effort is a large step forward in our project.
